Our PG features a large, open-air rooftop terrace area. It serves as the perfect hangout spot for residents to unwind in the evenings, read books, socialize, or catch some fresh air after a long day of studies or work.
To maintain a secure, career-focused, and peaceful environment, we request all residents to adhere to these rules.
We provide full flexibility to our residents. There are no strict entry or exit timings; you can access the PG anytime as per your work or study schedule.
While outside guests are generally not allowed inside rooms, they can stay for 1 or 2 nights with prior permission from the owner. Standard guest charges will apply.
Respect food and maintain cleanliness. Please do not waste food. If there are leftovers on your plate, dispose of them in the dustbin only—do not throw food waste into the sink.
SiddhiVinayak PG is a strict zero-tolerance zone for alcohol, smoking, hookah inside rooms, and any illegal substance abuse.
Residents who wish to leave the PG must provide a clear 15-day notice period. Deposit is non-refundable as per our policy.
